RECALL RIGHT
If you are a consumer, then you have the right to return an article within 14 days, without giving reasons, to return (right of withdrawal). Within this period you may look at the article, assess and/or fit (with the exception of the earrings) as you also do in a shop, unless otherwise stated.
The revocation period expires 14 days after the day on which the item is in your possession, or in case of multiple items in an order, which are delivered separately, the day on which you received the last item.
You exercise the right of withdrawal by notifying us within the specified period. This can be done by filling in and sending the model form, or by emailing us all the details of your order and the items to be returned to info@blinckstar.nl. After receiving this you will receive a confirmation (via e-mail) together with a return form and instructions.
You can only return the article if the article is complete and in its original condition (with tickets) and factory packaging. Some items cannot be returned because the products have been modified according to your specifications or for hygienic reasons such as earrings.
You may unpack and try out the item(s), but only for review. The article may not be used or unnecessarily damaged. Handle it with care.
The items you wish to return must be returned within 14 days of your notification. Thereafter, the right of dissolution expires. Make sure that the article being returned is properly packed to prevent damage during shipping. We also advise you to return the item(s) by registered mail. If an article is returned damaged or lost, the damage will be settled, up to a maximum of the price paid for the article. Therefore, keep your proof of shipment until you have been informed by us that the refund has been processed.
The refundable amount will be refunded within 14 days after the return has been processed. If you return the entire order, we will also refund the shipping costs. We will refund you using the same means of payment you used to pay us. We do not pay out any credit arising from the redemption of a coupon. The costs for the return must be paid by yourself, these will not be refunded by us.
Attention! Items purchased in the sale will not be refunded with a refund to your account but will be taken back with a voucher, which can only be used on the website.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders placed by customers with a business account (B2B).
